Responsibilities of the Public Relations Office at Hungkuang University

  1. Media Relations
    Coordinating media engagement, including drafting and releasing press materials, organizing press conferences related to academic and teaching achievements, facilitating interviews, and consolidating public opinion feedback.

  2. Digital and Social Media Management
    Maintaining the university’s digital presence, including updating the official website, editing the e-newsletter, and managing Hungkuang University’s official Facebook page, LINE account, and YouTube channel.

  3. Alumni Engagement and Fundraising
    Honoring outstanding alumni, supporting alumni association activities, and promoting fundraising initiatives among alumni.

  4. External Communications and Public Affairs
    Communicating with government agencies, elected officials, and local communities to enhance the university’s public image and external relations.

  5. Brand Management and Crisis Communication
    Leading brand promotion strategies, handling crisis communications, producing short videos and visual identity materials, and implementing university-wide advertising campaigns.

  6. Internal Communications and Event Support
    Supporting internal administrative communication, assisting in the planning and implementation of academic events, and documenting key university activities through photography and videography.
